Tips for healthy breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal and we should take care that we have rich breakfast. Try to include the following food stuffs in your breakfast:-

- Milk
- Cornflakes /Wheat flakes /Cracked Wheat
- Fruits
- Sprouts

Remember - Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a citizen, Dinner like a begger.
