Healthy quick food for busybees

It is very important to consume our staple food i.e. roti and dal for proper functioning of our body, but if you don't have time to cook food, you can have

Milk with corn-flakes
Milk with wheat-flakes
Fruits and Fruit-juices(fresh).

Lots of salads(preferably home made).

Don't eat processed or preserved foodstuffs.

Some cooked dishes which take less time and energy to cook are

sprouts such as boiled Moong Dal, Chana Dal, Rajma, (you can mix them together to make it more
nutritious)

Vegetable Dalia(cracked wheat cooked with lots of vegetables).

Poha(Chiwra) with onion, tomato and cucumber on top
